Planning a garage sale in Blue Ash? Don't forget a permit

Garage and yard sales are a great way to make some money for items you no longer want or need but before you host a sale at your Blue Ash residence there are a few things to know.
To have a garage sale in the City you need to apply for a permit. There is no cost. You can find the form here and email it to the Community Development Department at CDPermits@BlueAsh.com.
Garage sales are limited to two per calendar year per residence and can only be two days in length.
The permit holder is responsible for making sure customers follow parking laws.
Garage and yard sale signs must not be placed on utility poles or in the public right-of-way.
