Two Blue Ash Police Officers have been recognized and applauded for their recent actions that saved lives.

Officer Brentten Wiley administered the Heimlich maneuver to a choking person on April 25.

On April 24, Officer Ken Schrand administered Narcan to an individual who had overdosed.

“Officer Wiley and Officer Schrand are being recognized for performing above and beyond the normal call of duty,” said Police Chief Scott Noel. “Despite risk and danger to themselves they took action and saved lives.”
