Blue Ash Fitness presents all members the opportunity to achieve a healthy lifestyle through a holistic fitness
philosophy that strengthens mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

The Recreation Center has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and expansion that includes the Fitness Center.  Completed in the July of 2009, the renovated Fitness Center includes a two-story fitness center, a jogging/walking track, two exercise studios, a fitness assessment room, a climbing wall and many other technological amenities. 

A variety of incentive programs and group fitness classes are offered to create an environment of health, wellness and fun for all!  Members ages 10 and up* who purchase a Fitness Center Membership may use the fitness center during building hours.  

*Members ages 10-15 must complete a mandatory orientation before using the fitness center and members ages 10-13 must be supervised by a member age 16 or older at all times. To schedule an orientation call or email Alicia Lunsford, Fitness Supervisor, at alunsford@blueash.com or 513-745-8435.

SERVICES, CLASSES, & PROGRAMS
There are many services, classes and programs that our members can participate in such as incentive programs, fitness orientations, consultations, and group exercise classes.
Fitness Classes

Our registered dietitian and nationally certified personal trainers will design a specialized program and work one on one with you in order to help you attain your personal goals. GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING 
Interested in something a little more affordable than personal training and more personalized than a group fitness class?  Our trainers have specific hourly rates for training individually as well as with groups, but if you have 3 or more people and are interested in committing to a longer time frame (typically between 4 and 8 weeks) then we offer more affordable individual rates for group sessions.  Rates may vary slightly depending upon the type of session that is being offered (Yoga, TRX, Cycling, Kettlebell, General Boot Camp, etc).

SUBSTITUTE GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS
Do you have what it take to teach group fitness classes? If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are looking for substitute group fitness class instructors. Our substitute instructors would only teach classes in the absence of the regular instructors and would need to maintain a personal training or group fitness certification. Substitute instructors would be independent contractors and compensated $40 per class substituted.
