Blue Ash Firefighters climbed the Observation Tower at Summit Park six times today in a touching tribute to the NYC Firefighters who died on September 11, 2001.
They began their ascent at 8:46 a.m., which is the time the first aircraft struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
They were joined by Blue Ash Police Officers and Sharonville Firefighters.
The 2020 National Stair Climb for Fallen Firefighters assists the surviving families and co-workers of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
