No Shave November was a success in Blue Ash!

The Blue Ash Fire and Police Departments raised over $4,700 for ZERO’s Grow & Give campaign to fight prostate cancer.   This was the second-highest amount raised by first responders nationwide for the organization!

Since donations surpassed the original goal of $1,000, Fire Chief Chris Theders and Fire Marshal Heath Waxman will keep their beards until the end of the year.

The Blue Ash Police Department also participated and raised a total of $700 by allowing officers to grow beards for a donation.

ZERO — The End of Prostate Cancer is the leading national nonprofit with the mission to end prostate cancer. The organization advances research, improves the lives of men and families, and inspires action.
