11/20: Cram-A-Cruiser food donation drive at Kroger
(November 15, 2021 - Blue Ash)The Blue Ash Police Department is partnering with Operation Give Back for a Cram-A-Cruiser donation drive to assist families this holiday season.
Donations of canned and dried goods will be accepted on Saturday, November 20, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Blue Ash Kroger, 4100 Hunt Road.
The donations will then be distributed by Operation Give Back to families in Blue Ash and the surrounding areas.
“Despite the many joys of the season, one burden some parents face during the upcoming holiday breaks is providing meals to their children which are usually served at school,” said Leanne Berke, OGB Program Director. “The Operation Give Back Community Food Pantry will be supporting families in our area by offering much needed food and toiletry items at monthly shopping appointments and other outreach initiatives.”
All donations are welcome, but the following items are especially needed:
- Pasta
- Pasta sauce
- Canned ravioli/pasta
- Boxed dinners
- Cereal
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Canned fruit
- Pancake mix
- Pancake syrup in plastic bottles
- Canned tuna
- Canned chicken
- Chicken broth
- Hamburger helper
- Ketchup
- Laundry detergent
