Blue Ash jumps to #6 in Cincy Magazine's "Rating the Burbs" issue; Summit Park is named Best Local Park!

The City of Blue Ash is ranked 6th in the 2021 Cincy Magazine Rating the Burbs issue!

The magazine states, “Blue Ash ranks No. 6 this year, offering residents a relatively short commute time (20.1 minutes on average), good schools (Sycamore Community School District) and a big gain in the median home-sale price in 2020—to $371,000, up 70.5%, from 2015. The city also offers 280 acres of parks and recreation thanks to its many parks and attractions.”

Blue Ash jumped up from 29^th place in the 2020 list. 

Also in the issue, Summit Park is the Best Local Park in the Family Choice Awards! Thanks to all of you who voted to put Summit Park on top once again.
