Duke Energy releases pipeline communications plan
(October 29, 2020 - Blue Ash)
Duke Energy has released the step-by-step plan for how the company will be communicating with residents throughout the construction of the Central Corridor Pipeline.
According to the Duke’s Public Information Program, the company will use a variety of strategies to keep residents informed including mailers, newsletters, postcards, new releases, signs, and door hangers.
To help customers with complaints or questions, Residents can email CentCorridorPipeline@duke-energy.com, visit the website duke-energy.com/centralcorridor, or call the project hotline at 513-287-2130. Early next year, Duke will establish a field office at 4762 Cornell Place in Blue Ash. It will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The City of Blue Ash has filed a joint appeal in opposition to the pipeline project, and the appeal process is ongoing at this time.
