Blue Ash Police Officer recognized for saving two lives in one day

A Blue Ash Police Officer is being recognized for saving two lives in one day. 

On August 27, Officer William Fritts responded to an incident with Sergeant Jun Cho and Officer Mark Owens. The three officers worked together to save a life by administering Narcan and CPR to an overdose victim.

Then, approximately an hour and a half later, Officer Fritts responded to another incident where he administered Narcan, which saved a second person’s life.

For performing above and beyond the normal call of duty, Officer Fritts received two Blue Ash Police Department Life Saver Recognition Awards and Sergeant Cho and Officer Owens each received Life Saver Recognition awards.
