Hundreds of families received a Star Spangled Surprise at Summit Park

The City of Blue Ash Parks and Recreation Department wishes to thank everyone who turned out for Friday’s Star Spangled Surprise Pop-Up event and giveaway at Summit Park.
Approximately 900 families received a goodie bag filled with 4th of July swag to help them celebrate the Independence Day holiday at home. The cooler bag included photo props, cookies, glow sticks, sidewalk chalk and more. Staff handed the items out drive-thru style – some even dressed up in inflatable costumes!
The event was made even more festive thanks to live broadcasts from 103.5 WGRR - Cincinnati’s Greatest Hits and Warm 98.5 - 80s, 90s and Now.
The Star Spangled Surprise Drive-Thru Event and kits were sponsored by Blue Ash Recreation, Toyota, Coca-Cola, MSA Design and Cumulus Radio.
