Police Officer recognized for saving a life

Blue Ash Police Officer Abby Ballman is being recognized for saving a life.
On June 17, Officer Ballman rescued an overdose victim from certain death by administering Narcan.
She performed above and beyond her normal call of duty despite risks and danger to herself, according to Police Chief Scott Noel.
Officer Ballman received a Life Saver Recognition Certificate.
