City of Blue Ash Hosts CAN-Struction Food Drive

The City of Blue Ash organized a “CAN-struction” event to collect canned goods for NorthEast Emergency Distribution Services (NEEDS).

City of Blue Ash community members and employees donated hundreds of cans at the City’s Municipal and Safety Center, as well as several drop boxes around Blue Ash. The cans were then used to create structures including Blue Ash Towne Square, City Council Chambers, a 9/11 tribute, a birthday cake to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the City’s Parks and Recreation Department, and the City’s logo.

The structures are on display in the Blue Ash Recreation Center before being donated to the NEEDS food pantry on Friday, April 27.
