Connectivity Plan

The purpose of the Connectivity Plan is to implement a system of pedestrian and bicycle pathways between neighborhoods, public facilities, and key destination points within the City of Blue Ash and its surrounding communities.

The City of Blue Ash is a member community in the Connecting Active Communities Coalition (CACC). The organization’s goal is to collaborate, design, and implement improvements with regard to the various bicycle and pedestrian initiatives.

The City began the Connectivity Plan in 2004 and has actively constructed new pedestrian/bicyclist pathways and improved upon existing pedestrian/bicyclist pathways connecting Blue Ash to its neighboring communities while improving and constructing pathways connecting the subdivisions within Blue Ash.

This includes the recent sidewalk improvements along Creek Road and Cooper Road and the improvements along Malsbary Road with the addition of wide shoulders to the east of Reed Hartman Highway and sidewalk to the west of Reed Hartman Highway.
