The Blue Ash Police Department takes seriously all comments regarding the service provided by the Department and the conduct of its members.

To report service that did not meet your expectations or alleged misconduct by a member of the Department, please contact a supervisor at 513-745-8555, stop into our station, or click here to send your complaint by e-mail.  Written complaints are preferred and our complaint form may be found here.  You can expect a follow-up call from a supervisor within 24 hours after your complaint is received.

Complaints are investigated in a timely fashion and in a manner that protects the rights afforded the employee by state law, federal law, and collective bargaining agreement (if applicable), in accordance with the Department's policy.
