Lieutenant Pete Ballauer - Commander Patrol Services Division

Lieutenant Pete Ballauer holds a bachelor's degree from King College in Bristol, TN. He is a graduate of the Police Executive Leadership College and is a Certified Law enforcement Executive.  He began his career in law enforcement with Union Twp. Clermont Co Police Department in 1997, where he served as a Field Training Officer and was promoted to Detective before coming to Blue Ash in 2003.  While in Blue Ash, he has served as a Field Training Officer, team leader of HCPA SWAT Team 2, and most recently as a patrol sergeant since 2012. He has been awarded the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Top Cop Award, Meritorious Police Service Commendation for Valor, and Meritorious Police Service Commendation for Courage.
