Land Subdivision

All land subdivision in the City of Blue Ash is subject to final approval by City Council and must meet the requirements of both the City and of Hamilton County. The City Manager may administratively approve subdivisions that would result in no more than 5 lots and where no public property or infrastructure is involved.

Condominium arrangements and agreements are not regulated by the City if the land under the building or buildings, and all common areas, is under single ownership.
