Blue Ash Rec Center Hosts 25th annual Festival in the Woods
The Blue Ash Recreation Center is hosting the 25th annual Festival in the Woods, a celebration of the visual arts from local student artists, grades K-12.
The art exhibit kicked off at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 27 with an open house celebration, which is free and open to the public. Cookie decorating, live music from the Bacchanal Steel Band, owl coloring, and strolling magic by Tom Bemmes entertained guests throughout the evening. The event runs until 7:00 PM on Friday, but public viewing hours run through March 14 and are as follows: Monday through Friday 8 AM – 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM – 4 PM.
Participating schools include Deer Park, The Gardner School, Indian Hill, The Kinder Garden School, Loveland LECC, Madeira City Schools, Mariemont Schools, Mother Teresa, Springer School, Summit Country Day, and Sycamore Community Schools.
