Annual Code of Ordinances Updates
Each year, the Blue Ash City Council approves changes and adjustments to the Blue Ash Code of Ordinances (BACO) which reflect necessary updates to all of the City's codes and ordinances.
Most of the changes are reflective of adjustments made in the State of Ohio legislature over the past year, while some may be specific to the City of Blue Ash. Changes are often made to definitions, punishment sections, and laws that reflect changing technology.
