March 23rd City Council meeting: What's on the agenda?
Blue Ash City Council will be meeting Thursday, March 23rd at 7 p.m. inside Council Chambers. Here's a look at what is on the agenda:
75 acre development: Blue Ash City Council will discuss approving a tax increment financing (TIF) agreement to support a 75-acre, multi-phase development next to Summit Park. The first phase of the project will include two hotels, a mixed-use building that will feature apartments and retail/restaurant space, and a senior living facility. Future phases will include Class A office space, housing, dining, retail, and entertainment options.
Police vehicles: Blue Ash City Council will discuss approving the purchase of three 2017 SUVs for the Blue Ash Police Department. The vehicles would be purchased through the State of Ohio Cooperative Purchasing Program.
