City's Updated Zoning Code Now in Effect
The City’s updated Zoning Code is now in effect. The code was approved by Blue Ash City Council in January following a year-long process with the assistance of McBride Dale Clarion. It became effective beginning March 7th, 2017.
The most significant change from the previous Zoning Code relates to the zoning districts. Commercial and industrial districts have been replaced by the planning areas from the Land Use Plan.
