March 9th City Council meeting: What's on the agenda?

Blue Ash City Council will be meeting Thursday, March 9th at 7 p.m. inside Council Chambers. Here's a look at what is on the agenda:

Public Hearings:
A public hearing will be held at 7:05 p.m. to consider approval of the third phase of the Retreat at Summit Park, an 85-lot, single-family development. Traditions Land Development Company acquired 6.715 acres of land from an adjacent property owner and has extended the Retreat at Summit Park development onto this property. This plan increases the number of lots in the subdivision to 85 from the original 66.

A public hearing will be held at 7:10 p.m. to consider approval for a Final Plan for Daventry at Summit Park, a 104-lot, single-family development. This is the southwestern portion of the larger Al. Neyer mixed-use development of the former Blue Ash Airport land. The proposed Final Plan substantially conforms to the approved Concept Plan, which was approved by Council in September 2016.

Paving Program: Council will discuss awarding a bid for the City’s 2017 Paving Program after receiving bids in February. This year's program will include asphalt, milling, curb repair, and base repair for Carpenter’s Green Lane, Tiffany Ridge Lane, Tiffany Hill Court, Carpenter’s Run, Bell Avenue, Grove Avenue, Meyers Lane, Bomark Court, Deerfield Road (East of Creek), and both Ronald Regan connector roads between Blue Ash Road and Kenwood Road. If budget allows, the project could also include Aldine Drive, Stonehenge Drove, and Anderson Way.

The City Council meeting will be held at the Blue Ash Municipal & Safety Center at 4343 Cooper Road. The public is welcome. To see the full agenda, click here.
