February 9th City Council meeting: What's on the agenda?
Blue Ash City Council will be meeting Thursday, February 9th at 7 p.m. inside Council Chambers. Here's a look at what is on the agenda:
Retreat at Summit Park: The council will discuss setting a public hearing for 7:05 p.m. on March 9th to consider approving the third phase of the Retreat at Summit Park. The project is an 85-lot, single-family development on a total of 28.45 acres as a Large Scale Residential Development.
Road Projects: Council will discuss awarding bids for the Malsbary-Cooper Road Connector Project and the Malsbary Road Improvement Project.
Equipment Purchases: Council will discuss authorizing the purchase of two International front plow trucks and a mini excavator for the City’s Service Department.
