City Council Approves Zoning Code Update
Blue Ash City Council approved the Zoning Code update during the January 26th meeting. It will take 40 days for the code to go into effect.
The most significant change from the current zoning code relates to the zoning districts. Commercial and industrial districts have been replaced by the planning areas from the land use plan. To view the plan in its entirety, click here.
