Residents report high quality of life, excellent services in Citizen Survey
In fall of 2018, the City of Blue Ash worked with the University of Cincinnati’s Institute for Policy Research to find out what residents think about Blue Ash. The team from UC surveyed more than 500 Blue Ash residents between October 18 and November 26 via phone interviews. This was the fifth citizen survey conducted since 2002.
Here are a few of the highlights:
According to the results, 97.8% of residents surveyed said they were satisfied with the quality of life in Blue Ash.
More than 90% of respondents reported the services provided by the City (snow and ice removal, parks and recreation, police, and fire) are “excellent” or “good.”
52% of residents surveyed reported they were “very satisfied” with Summit Park, with 29.2% of residents starting they were “somewhat satisfied.”
Eric Rademacher, who works for the University of Cincinnati and led the survey, presented his findings to Blue Ash City Council during the February 14 meeting. To view his presentation, click here.
