Top Must-Dos at SummitFest on June 9

SummitFest, the region’s newest country music festival, will debut June 9th at Summit Park in Blue Ash. The inaugural lineup features Chase Rice, Eli Young Band and special guest Kellie Pickler. The festival will end in lights with park’s first-ever laser show.
 
There is a full schedule of free entertainment and fun:
 
11:00 a.m. – Summit Park Dedication Ceremony 
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. – Head to Retail Row to paint river rocks that will be displayed throughout Summit Park
2:00 p.m. – Bring a yoga mat and participate in Project Yoga’s group class on the Great Lawn
4:00 p.m. – Kellie Pickler performs
6:30 p.m. – Eli Young Band performs
9:00 p.m. – Chase Rice performs
10:35 p.m. – Don’t miss a spectacular laser show choreographed to music
  
Festival-goers can also dance at the Silent Disco, purchase eclectic items from Retail Row and eat food from a variety of vendors. Adults can enjoy the beer and whiskey garden, supported by Jack Daniel’s and MillerLite, and even sip on the SummitFest specialty cocktail. There will also be family-friendly games and activities.
  
Free parking is available nearby and marked with “Event Parking” signs. Alcohol, coolers, grills, shade tents and pets are prohibited.
