Through our 55 years of serving the community, our department thrives because it follows its priorities with emphasis on serving our citizens, which is our most important mission. We are extremely proud of our past accomplishments, and we look forward to the challenges and opportunities of our future. Our goal is to meet and exceed expectations and provide all citizens with the best emergency service possible.
A Little Bit About Our Department ...
The Blue Ash Fire Department consists of two fire stations staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week by highly-trained personnel. Station-13 (headquarters) is located at 10647 Kenwood Road and Station-15 (south station) is located at 4343 Cooper Road. The Fire Department consists of 28 career members, 16 part-time members and one full-time secretary. The Fire Department also sponsors a Fire Explorer program for high school students who are considering a career in fire fighting.
To ensure the best possible service to our community, the Fire Department supports continuous training and encourages professional development. We recognize that our success depends on earning the respect, trust, and confidence of our residents, employees, city administration, and political leadership who we serve. We understand the trust placed in us by the public and our colleagues is integral to the performance of our duties. We are committed to honest and ethical behavior. Our responsibility is to protect life, property, and the environment.
We value your comments, and would like to hear from you with any suggestions or ideas regarding our department or this web page.
