GENERAL INFORMATION

The Community Room at Summit Park is the newest event space in Blue Ash and is the ideal location for meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, you name it. With seating for up to 50 people, the Community Room is a welcoming and unique location for your next event!

Community Room Fees:

  • $250 (up to 4-hours)
  • $500 (up to 8-hours)
  • Space can only be reserved 14 to 90 days prior to an event date
  • Space cannot be reserved on any holiday’s or the day prior to and/or after a holiday                                                       

Fees for the Community Room include the following amenities:

  • (5) 6’ Round tables
  • (80) Stackable Chairs
  • (12) 6’ x 24” Banquet Tables
  • (3) 70-inch monitors
  • Dry Erase Board
  • Soft Seating
  • House Sound System
  • Wireless Microphone
  • Podium
  • Complimentary WiFi
  • Free Parking

Renters of the Community Room are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down.

 The Community Room will be available to rent starting on November 1, 2016.
