PERSONAL TRAINING Get one-on-one attention to meet all of your fitness goals. Training rates are available for a single hour session, half hour session, or for two or more people. GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS Interested in something a little more affordable than personal training and more personalized than a group fitness class? Our group training options may be just what you are looking for. Our personal trainers offer a variety of group training options that vary in length, type and intensity. Please check out the list below for updated information on our most current group training classes and Basic Training. If you would like to create your own group training class with 3 or more of your friends, then feel free to contact a trainer about setting up your own group training. If you would prefer to work in a group of 2 or 3 individuals that allows a more flexible schedule, check our personal trainer pamphlet (above) for rates.
