Memberships may be purchased from the Business Office during office hours. The entire fee must be paid at the time of purchase and proof of residency or full-time employment in Blue Ash must be shown at the time of purchase or renewal. Applications and verification are required each year. Memberships expire one year from the date of purchase. Members are entitled to priority registration and discounted rates for some classes and programs.

RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS Resident applicants must present a valid driver's license and proof of residency in the City of Blue Ash (current utility bill within the last 30 days or lease showing Blue Ash mailing address).
RESIDENT SENIOR 62+OR DISABLED
SENIOR CITIZEN MEMBERSHIPS Senior citizens receive 50% off the listed membership fee. A senior citizen is any person age 62 or older. A senior citizen and/or his/her spouse may purchase the membership at the discounted rate. Senior citizen family memberships may include the senior citizen, his/her spouse, and dependent children (age 18 and under) living full-time in the household.
DISABLED MEMBERSHIPS Disabled applicants receive 50% off the listed membership fees. A disabled citizen is anyone unable to engage in substantial, gainful activity, based on a medically determinable physical impairment. If the resident head of household, or the fulltime employee in Blue Ash meets the definition of a disabled citizen (state verification required), his/her family membership may be purchased at 50% off the listed membership fee.
BUSINESS MEMBERSHIPS To be eligible to purchase a business membership, you must be a FULL-TIME (35+ hours) employee in Blue Ash to qualify. Business applicants must present a valid driver's license, an original, current pay stub dated within 30 days showing full-time employment and the payment of the full 1.25% Blue Ash City tax. FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS The following guidelines are used to define a family membership: - Two individuals who maintain a legal marital relationship with one another. - Dependent children 18 and under. - FULL-TIME college students 24 and under with current student I.D. or official university transcript AND verification that their legal residence is the same as the parent(s). - Dependent children from a previous marriage even if they do not permanently reside with the member. - Elderly parents or adult children who are legally claimed as dependents. BASIC MEMBERSHIP (through December 31, 2011) The Basic Membership is a one-year membership that gains access to the pools, gymnasiums, daily use lockers, the game room, locker rooms and showers, and racquetball courts ($2 hourly fee applies at time of use). Additional fees are charged for the use of the Fitness Center, Racquetball Reservation Privilege, Tennis Card and Locker Rental (see below). Any additional usage fees that are purchased will expire with the Basic Membertship. Memberships and additional fees are not pro-rated. Beginning January 1, 2012 these amenities will be included with the membership. FITNESS CENTER Members must be at least 16-years-old to add this option to the Basic Membership. After completion of a mandatory orientation, children ages 14 and 15 may use the fitness center without restriction. After completion of a mandatory orientation, children ages 10 to 13 may use the fitness center under the supervision of an adult (16+). Puchase of the Fitness Center pass allows members to utilize the equipment in the Fitness Center and to take advantage of programming opportunities. RAYMOND WALTER'S STUDENT MEMBERSHIP Full-Time students who are attending Raymond Walter’s College in Blue Ash and expect to maintain that status for the upcoming year) qualify for a membership to the Recreation Center. Proper verification will be required annually. RACQUETBALL RESERVATION PRIVILEDGE Members may purchase the Racquetball Reservation Privilege in order to book a court in advance. Beginning January 1, 2012 this amenity will be included with the membership. A $2/hour court fee still applies to your booking. A Racquetball Punch Pass is available for members for a cost of $20 for 16 hours (a value of $32). The Reservation Privilege allows you to book a court up to 3-days in advance. If you do not cancel your reservation in advance, booking fees will remain on your account or a punch pass will be taken off your account. TENNIS CARD A tennis card can be purchased without the Basic Membership (a tennis card, however, does not permit use of the Recreation Center unless you purchase the Basic Membership). The tennis card allows you access to the lit tennis courts that are open year-round. It is highly recommended that you reserve court time during the summer months due to high usage. Beginning January 1, 2012 this amenity will be included with the membership. LOCKERS Lockers can be rented on a yearly basis for a minimal fee. Lockers are also available for DAILY use by bringing in your own lock to use during your visit. Daily use lockers that have locks left on them will be cut off and the contents of the locker removed on a nightly basis. Back to Top
