The Blue Ash Police Department offers awareness and training programs concerning teenage drug abuse and related topics. Youth Services is one agency that Blue Ash works with, and it is comprised of professionals dedicated to the resolution of youth and family problems. Youth Services serves the community in numerous ways, including (but not limited to) short-term individual and fmily counseling, drug/alcohol education and assessment, community group presentations, general information, and referral services. Any Blue Ash youth or family is eligible to utilize Youth Services programs as the City of Blue Ash contributes to the operations of its programs. The Youth Services office is located at 1223 Jefferson Avenue in the neighboring community of Reading. Appointments with counselors are available during the morning, afternoon, or evening. Meetings with clients elsewhere closer to their home or in the schools are also available. All services are CONFIDENTIAL. Call Youth Services at (513) 733-5623 for more information.
In addition to Youth Services, the City of Blue Ash works with the Northeast Community Challenge organization in developing parenting programs and special activities for youth and parents.
