All applicants must completely fill out an application form and a background check authorization form (click here).  Originals of both forms must be returned to the Human Resources Office at the City of Blue Ash in order to be considered for a position. The application and background check authorization form is available by clicking on Application Form on the left side menu, or copies are available from the Municipal & Safety Center at 4343 Cooper Road. The lobby is open 24 hours a day. 

At the present time, there are no other job opportunities available. However, the City of Blue Ash will accept applications year-  round and will keep all applications on file for 12 months. Please call the Human Resources Office at (513) 745-8642 (weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM) for more information.
